These past two years have been, to put it mildly, challenging for us all. Prospective clients are still wondering if Congress will pass some kind of Health-care system for everyone. Our current clients and potential customers have all lost their jobs. Many of our lead programs have experienced a decline in ROI (return-on-investment) as a result. We have all had to work harder to keep our heads above the water.
While I have a few ideas I think can make a difference, it is up to you to step outside your comfort zone to make these ideas a reality. It is said that “When the going gets hard, the tough get going”. This has been my experience over the years. Let’s get started.
Referrals are the most preferred type of leads that most salespeople would like to work with. We can’t seem to have enough of them. This is because we don’t ask for them enough. We forget to ask and are surprised when the person does. We move on to our next appointment or our presentation. We should not lose heart if someone refuses to give us referrals on the first request. If they refuse to give you referrals, their usual response is “You haven’t given me enough information about how you will handle the referrals.” Most people want to help but the relationship with the person they refer is more important than their desire to do so. It is important to explain how you will approach them and handle their names. It is important to make them feel comfortable by not putting them on the spot, or trying to close their eyes with high pressure.
You can use “No Cost Offers Giveaways” to get more referrals. If you offer something of value to someone, like a “No cost Offer” gift, they will be more likely to refer you to others who would benefit from the same gifts. This type of referral/sponsorship system has helped many agents increase their sales and appointments. Many agents have tried it out and are now ready to go. The people who have prepared and learned the process are seeing amazing results. This will allow you to meet more prospects and discuss their insurance needs. You will see more potential clients than you can in a week. This is what you need in order to get your sales to where they need to be.
What is the “No Cost Giveaway Referral/Sponsorship”?
Call anyone you know over 18, including family members, friends, relatives, and clients. Ask them to stop by your house and give them a gift. They will receive the gift at no cost from one of your insurance carriers. Ask them for more information. I feel privileged to be in a position to offer an Accidental Death Benefit plan to you and your family that provides $3,000 in benefits for you and your spouse, as well as $1,000 for each of your children. The plan is free for the first year, and the renewal fee for next year or subsequent years will be $10 per family member. There are also a few additional “No Cost Giveaways” that I’d like to share with you. I know you’ll find them valuable. Are Tuesday mornings or Thursday afternoons more convenient for you?
If your prospect/client remains skeptical, or suggests that this sounds too good to be true then follow up with “All that we ask is that our friends, family, or relatives would benefit from the Family Accidental Death Benefit Plan.” It is free of charge. We ask for a 15-minute “No Obligation Survey”, which will include information about their insurance needs. Which one of these two times would you prefer?
It’s important that you note that the referral/sponsorship program has been field-tested for over a year with hundreds of new agents, with some very impressive results. You will get better results if you follow the system exactly as it was taught to new agents. Two carriers are available that offer four “No Cost Offer Giveaways”: the Family Accidental Death Benefit Plan (Family Accidental Death Benefit Plan), the Child Safety Kit, Memorial Fund Guide, and the Med Facts Kit. You can download a Laptop Presentation on your computer that contains short videos about the “No Costs offers” and you can share it with prospective clients. Brain Shark tutorials will help you quickly learn everything you need about the presentation. This system is for independent agents. If you are sitting with prospective clients, you can still offer any product in your portfolio provided that you also sell the products of the sponsor carrier. This is how you can continue to receive their “No Costs Giveaways”.
