The Universal Social Contract

Each member of a society is an average. Our experience has shown us that if we educate ourselves and our children better, it will improve our society’s education. Every society places emphasis on education, if possible. (With some notable exceptions. We create a criminal society if we show less care and create anger in ourselves and others. This is what wise people avoid. Fools encourage it. This can be seen on the international stage. It is also visible in our own communities. The wise must be able to counter foolishness and make society more prosperous. This requires a good understanding of the differences, which is rarely a function formal education.

Professional educators have deceived us by telling us what we need to learn and what is not. The desire to know has overtaken the need for understanding. Professionals dismiss the most important tools of understanding as nonsense, while the truth remains hidden from the rest of society. We must learn to disregard professionals just as professionals dismiss what they are taught by other professionals. They don’t understand much and only pass it on.

Too soon old. Too late smart. This is the cliche that sums up our dependence on professionals and experts. They are not qualified to handle social business. The traditional and folk wisdom that helped bring society to the educational age is ignored. Experts dismiss the value of generations of knowledge and understanding that has been accumulated over time. Experts say that the future is not a place for the past and its lessons. Society repeats the mistakes of the past because it believes a lie. An expert lie. Professional lies.

Astronomers who study the heavens declare that planets cause tides. It is foolish superstition to think they can have other influences. An ancient tradition, which is based on thousands of years of observation, and experience, has no value. Astrology is often portrayed by “wise” professionals as foolish ignorance. The truth is that the opposite is true.

Numerology is not a science that has much to do with math. It is, however, an ancient science similar to astrology or astronomy which are still being developed. These old traditions are fascinating and, when applied to modern science, can be extremely useful for human understanding. These things are ridiculed by professionals who point out the simple forecasts in newspapers as amusements. These amusements are not reasonable. A rational mind would ask, “How can a simple forecast be applied to one-twelfth of humanity?” It’s impossible. A horoscope is therefore of no value. They don’t look far enough to realize that the newspaper forecast is as much a personal horoscope as the comic strip in the newspaper. A valuable tool is lost for both the individual and the society she belongs to. Professional fools tell us to follow their lead. We are adamant.

Fear and uncertainty are twins that produce anger and resentment. Astrology and numerology reduce fear until uncertainty is adventure. Which would you choose? The fear is what professionals prefer and they will sell it to anyone who might be interested. Fear is something that the most fearful of us all know so well they use it to control and manipulate every fearful creature. They fear losing control. This makes them extremely dangerous. It is important to see it and to keep a safe distance from it, both mentally and emotionally.

If I had learned how to use tools such as numerology, creative visualizations, astrology, numerology and meditation in my youth, I could have had so much purpose and direction in my life that I could have already achieved what experts call impossible. Anything declared impossible is impossible for the person who declares it. It is absurd to waste time trying to do the impossible. No attempt, no achievement. Many of the lessons that we learn from formal education can prove to be very self-destructive. This is the only way to effectively deal with it.

If I were to form a business partnership, or social reform group, it would be much more beneficial for me to learn the astrological birth charts and personal numerology potential partners than my work history. Everything boils down to values and the information that we seek.

These things would have made a huge difference in our relationship. These things would have made our relationship so much better if I had known them before my son was born. Is there any advantage to not understanding other people, even those closest to you? There are none. The global professional boycott of understanding must be ended.

Because most people have the same desire to make the world better for their children, every society instinctively desires this. My father said that he wanted a better world for me than the one he had. He gave me exactly that, and I did the exact same for my son. We are both better off as a society. This is the fundamental social contract. The best way to improve the conditions is by improving ourselves. We offend the contract as well as our global neighbours when we coast or retreat, regardless of circumstance.

Self-made man is a myth. He was born dependent and will continue to be so until someone places a seed of possibility into his mind or heart. People who sow seeds are much more successful than those who conceal them, which slows down social progress. Two centuries of West-based material progress have significantly outpaced the West’s social and spiritual growth. These spheres are showing signs of decline. We should choose to make progress in all spheres and not choose one over the other.

Self-education is the only way to gain the knowledge that will make quantum progress possible. It is our responsibility to close the gap left by professionals. After accepting that everything is possible we will be faced with additional questions. What can I do if I have the ability to do whatever I want? Is the fulfillment of my desires in support of the social contract? How do I begin?

Many of us have felt the disappointment at not being able to fulfill a significant desire. We rarely do enough research to understand the issue. Failure is almost always due to a failure to plan properly. The plan is what steers the ship of our desires. Family planning does not concern how many children you want. Family planning is about the type of adult we will have. It’s not about what career we choose, where we live, how much money we spend, or which car we drive. It’s about how we will interact with and support one another. These are the very things that you don’t learn in school, and which very few people teach. Your family is split, the car, house and career are all gone before you realize what happened. Most likely, it was the lack of one. Your ship without a rudder was tossed onto the rocks. You could only swim to shore if you were lucky. Many people drown in depression and obsession. Take a look around.

What’s the plan for Twenty First Century America in 2021? None. Are you able to see the rocks? What is your global plan? What’s your plan? What are you passionate about? Why not plan to do this? It is easy to plan. It is often ignored. Some plan to fail and others say that because they do, it is not worth the effort. My view is that no plan can make everything work perfectly every time.

If each person has a plan for fulfilling a wish, the society will have a plan that supports all desires. The road is smoother. Deepak Chopra’s Seven Spiritual Laws of Success is the best guide I have found to planning. It is a small book that can easily be read in a few minutes. This book contains all you need to know about planning before you go to school. You didn’t, so now is the time to fill that gap. It is more than just a collection of ideas. It is a process that teaches us how to transform the world and live up to the social contract every day.
